Tim started his career in the car business in 1978 keeping the lot straight and plowing snow. 40 years later he has worked the showroom as a salesperson, F&I Manager, GM, and Operating Partner.


He recognized earlier than most that customers wanted to make good educated decisions as opposed to being sold to. Tim was an early adopter of menu selling in the F&I office, designing menus for his dealer clients.


Tim founded AMG in 2003 with the simple idea that the right people, following the right processes, being incentivized by the right pay plan would pay great dividends to both customers and dealers alike.


He has helped dealers evolve their showrooms in ways that give customers the transparent and informed experience they deserve while helping dealers grow into profits they never imagined.

Jeremy is a student in the art of F&I and during his career attended training from the likes of...then put the best of those lessons to work! He has most recently studied personal coaching and motivation.
